1. Dear HS-WT Customer:
Our Don West Custom made to order Saddles are built on a first come, first
serve basis. As of this order date, your saddle has been put into our custom
production schedule. To hold your place in line we must receive a $500.00USD
non-refundable deposit check from you within ten working days. If we do
not receive this payment within that time your name will be removed from our
production schedule and you will lose your place in line.
We make every effort to build your saddle as quickly as possible. However,
custom made saddles sometimes take longer to complete than may have been
predicted. If you cancel your saddle order before we complete it, your $500.00
non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. We will notify you two weeks in
advance of the completion of your saddle. When we receive your payment for the
balance due on your saddle, it will be shipped to you.
***ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS*** will be given on any Have
Saddle-Will Travel Custom Made Saddle. We charge a 20% fee for all
saddles that are sent back to us for resale.
If, prior to using it, you are not satisfied with your Training-Trail Tack you
must notify us within fourteen (14) days of our shipping date by calling our
office at 970-858-3607. Before you return any item, you must first get an
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER . If, when we receive the item(s) AND
they do not appear to us to be used, you will receive an exchange, in house
credit, or get a refund within thirty (30) days, minus a 10% re-stocking fee.
Used items will be shipped back to the purchaser, COD ABSOLUTELY NO EX-CHANGES,
CREDIT, OR REFUNDS will be made on items that are used, held over fourteen (14)
days, or on custom orders, including special colors, sizes, etc.
By purchasing from HS-WT, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to abide by
these terms. This policy supersedes all previous policies.
